Gratuitous Cute Boy Post

I've been running around shopping for clients all day and now I am too tired to even string two words together let alone write a post so I'm leaving you with my favorite cute boy photo from The Sartorialist. Apparently, his name is Luca Rubinacci (even his name is cute!) and he's a Neapolitan tailor so needless to say he dresses well. I bet he also holds doors open and helps old ladies across the street too. Sigh. Meanwhile in New York, the men push you out of the way to get the last seat on the subway. I think I may have to consider moving to Italy. But right now, I'm off to bed and promise a regular post tomorrow! Ciao!

ADORABLE!
To me it is one of those pictures that you can just stare at- you just want to look into those eyes.
Those Italian men get you every time!
Did you see that his father Mariano Rubinacci
is also on The Sartorialist as well. A very stylish family!

Yes, he's cute - and he may open the door for you, but he's a little Italian boy from Southern Italy. I'm sure he opens a lot of doors. :-)
Great eye candy though! Hope your day is easier today - it's still freezing out!

It's nice to know that your taste in men is equally as refined as your taste in interiors! I hope that you got some rest, so that we all may enjoy more of your delightful postings today!

Love the photo!. Love it so much, it went right to my desktop background as soon as it showed up on the Satorialist.

i live in northern italy (Milan) so maybe the men are different down south but i'm very sad to report that the majority of men i've run into here both in the city and outside in the "suburbs" areas are not the gentlemen i was used to coming from the south in the US. I work for a professional basketball player here and so i see high up and powerful people quite frequently and perhaps they have a bit better manners in terms of doors and such but the average italian, as nice and wonderful as they are, don't have the type of chivalrous manners we americans might expect from gentlemen.....

Boo-Hoo, HC, Jaime's post above just burst our bubbles!

Well at the least, Italian men might be very easy on the eyes and they speak the language of love – which right there might be worth a trip!

and lots of wine to sip

Responding to Jamie...I am originally from Milan, where I spend still many months a year and I have to say that when there at least I don't feel "invisible" like in Vancouver, BC.
When I talk to a (straight) man here immediately he mentions his wife, go figure, since I usually talk about Design, Art or similar subjetcs during events.
This is my perspective on canadian and italian men, but I degress...was I supposed to talk about Design?

Isn't he dreamy? I posted his pic a while back too. He actually reminds me of my ex but we won't let the husband know that ;) shhhh
