Kip Bay Decorator Show House 2010

It's that time of year again! Time to get excited about the 2010 Kips Bay Decorator Show House! For the first time ever, the Show House will be housed on the Upper West Side in a magnificent 19th Century Renaissance Revival limestone mansion at 26 West 76th Street. The Pre-Renovation Party will be held tomorrow night where you can see what the house looks like before the fabulous designers get their hands on it. Speaking of designers, they will be announced at the event and all are welcome to attend! Garrow Kedigian's room, seen above, was the highlight of last year's show so I am keeping my fingers crossed that they have chosen more young designers! The show opens to the public on April 30, 2010.

I happened to be in NYC last year during the showhouse, and it was wonderful. I will not be able to make it this year, but already know I will be in NYC next year in April. Thank you for keeping us up to date on the Kips Bay showhouse news!

I attended last year’s show and it was amazing… I especially loved Kedigian's room, small room, grand design!

I loved last year's show house, and I cannot wait for this year! It is always so much fun checking out all the designers and their interpretations of the rooms. Even though I am an Upper Eastsider, it will be great to have the show house on the West Side this year!
