I was looking for a particular photo of Catherine Deneuve recently when I started to notice that many of her looks were reminding me of the Chloe collection for fall 2010. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I think the late 1960's and early 1970's were one of the chicest times in fashion history. These clothing in these photos have a timeless quality and could be worn today. Catherine Deneuve will definitely be my inspiration when I'm getting dressed this fall! Enjoy!

The ABSOLUTE chicest time period. It's definitely a good thing to see more tailored pieces in the Fall lines. So classic.

My favorite look was from Belle De Jour.Yves Saint Laurent and those Roger Vivier shoes with the buckle were to die for. Her apartment and husband in the movie weren't bad either. Catherine is a true reason to be jealous of French women.
I love these looks ---- I've noticed that BG is bringing back some of the 1970s Gucci style bags. I will definitely be channeling this look come fall!
