The first wave of September magazines are out but I'm still enjoying the August 2010 issue of Vogue and this chic spread of Raquel Zimmermann and a horse named Ollie. I can't even imagine what the tourists on Sixth Avenue thought when they saw them walking down the street. I'm also swooning over the fall fashions. While I probably won't be wearing a cape this fall, I will definitely be buying that Adam tie neck blouse! Bon weekend!

I'm really excited that camels and tans are EVERYWHERE! Finally! What a gorgeous spread - thank you! My subscription just ran out so it's exciting to see some great fashion.

I remember my YSL silk tie neck blouses from the 1980s. I should have kept them....and my horses too!

Raquel is gorgeous-- she really epitomizes that fabulous See by Chloe 70's inspired look so well, with all of those camel colors-- thank you for sharing!

Such a great and patient pony--love the feminine clothes. The blouse is gorgeous. Mary
I loved this shoot too! 1. Because I love horses! 2. Because this is right along my path in C.P. where I run and 3. Because I'm obsessed with capes!!
The only issue with wearing a cape though, is what to do you with your purse? They just don't look right on your shoulder under the cape, and they can't fit over it, and carrying a large purse (which is what you need around the city) with your hand can be a pain in the butt. I noticed this shoot didn't offer a solution to this problem. They just included a more beautiful accessory, Ollie the Andalusian (I'm guessing).
I love that black and white striped cape. I'd wear it, especially on a trip. Susan in Grand Rapids
