Chic in Tribeca

One of my pet peeves that I shared in the new issue of Domino magazine is when when everything looks like it was delivered from the same store on the same day.  You definitely can't say that about the Tribeca apartment that Vera Wang executive Mario Grauso shares with Brood designer Serkan Sarier featured in Harper's Bazaar. You may remember Mario's other abodes that I posted on the blog years ago.  One was in Paris and the other in Millbrook.  Many of those pieces have made their way into this space including the dining table and toile upholstered chairs.  It's collecting and mixing that always makes a house look like a home.

So the first two spaces he lived in with his wife and the most recent he shares with another gentleman.

Scandale!

I always love a coming out story.

I was so excited to see you as one of the "Style Experts" in Domino. (and I am BEYOND excited to see Domino again!). My newly graduated (and employed...yippee!) daughter is decorating her apt. in DC and she would LOVE your style, so I'm getting your book for her when it's published. Of course, one for me, too!

The richness of this space is what is pulling my attention. Of course, my passion is neoclassical (of which there is tons), but the various forms of tufting, the velvet textures, old with new, grotesque with refined. Point On. Thanks. Mary
