Not all the stars attend the Academy Awards ceremony. Some go straight to the Vanity Fair Oscars party like Rose Byrne who looked amazing. I just got my hair cut Friday but after seeing her chic shoulder grazing do, I wish I had gone shorter. I'm also loving her bright bright pinky red lipstick.
